Eight people have been hurt in shootings Wednesday across Chicago.

The most recent shooting happened about 8 a.m. in the South Side Grand Boulevard neighborhood.

Two men were shot in a possible drive-by in the 5100 block of South Indiana, police said.

A 19-year-old man was shot in the side and back and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said. A 22-year-old man was shot in the right leg and taken to Stroger Hospital.

Their conditions were not immediately known. Police said the 19-year-old is a documented gang member.

About 2:15 a.m., a woman was hurt in a domestic-related shooting in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.

The 25-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet after her boyfriend pulled out a gun and fired shots as the couple fought in the 7800 block of South Vincennes, police said.

She was treated at the scene for a lower back wound.

About 15 minutes earlier, two men were hurt in a drive-by shooting in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

The men were sitting in a parked van in the 3400 block of West Roosevelt about 2:15 a.m. when a dark car pulled up and someone inside fired shots, police said.

A 27-year-old man was shot multiple times and taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai, police said. A 24-year-old man was shot in the arm and treated and released from Sinai.

Police said both men are documented gang members.

About 20 minutes earlier, a man was shot on the Near North Side.

Officers heard gunshots in the 400 block of West Evergreen about 1:40 a.m. and found a 25-year-old man on the sidewalk, police said.

He had been shot in the ankle and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition stabilized.

About 10 minutes earlier, two women were shot while sitting on a porch in the South Shore neighborhood.

The women, 48 and 50, were on a porch in the 7800 block of South Cornell with a group about 1:30 a.m. when shots rang ou, police said.

Both were grazed in the chest, police said. The younger woman also had a graze wound on her foot.

Both of their conditions were stabilized at Jackson Park Hospital.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
