Man shot in Washington Park

A 24-year-old man was shot in the groin early Sunday in the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The shooting happened at 3:07 a.m. in the 5500 block of South Wabash, according to Chicago Police.

Additional details were not immediately available.
