Maybe that should be Fishes of the Week.

Muskies made for an incredible weekend at Shabbona Lake.

Lucas Budmir(above) caught the longest–46.5 inches–on Sunday.

Three of the muskies caught were 45 inches or longer, verified on the water before release by staff at Lakeside.

I think the on shown here to the right made the most imposing photo.

Clint Sands at Lakeside said all but one of the six reported muskies caught over the weekend came on bucktails. The exception hit a topwater.
