A man was fatally shot Saturday in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

Quintae Little, 34, was shot in the right side of his torso at 11:48 a.m. in the 4500 block of South Cicero Avenue, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:46 p.m., authorities said. He lived in the 4500 block of South Lavergne Avenue.

Officers recovered a weapon from Little on the scene, police said.

Police stated Little was 27 years old.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
