A man was seriously wounded in a shooting Friday afternoon in the Far South Side Roseland neighborhood.

The 23-year-old was walking down the street at 12:16 p.m. in the 200 block of East 115th Street when he heard shots and realized he’d been hit in the back, according to Chicago Police.

He took himself to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, police said. He was being uncooperative with investigators.
