A man was shot Friday evening in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

At 10:14 p.m., a 19-year-old man was getting into a vehicle in the 4000 block of South Sacramento when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the right arm and leg, and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
