A 23-year-old man was shot in the buttocks Monday night near the border of the West Humboldt Park and West Garfield Park neighborhoods.

It happened just before 9 p.m. in the 800 block of North Keeler, according to Chicago Police.

His condition was stabilized at a hospital, but police did not immediately have more information on the shooting.
