Philip Winchester of “Strike Back” and “The Player” will be part of the cast of “Chicago Law,” NBC’s proposed spinoff of “Chicago Fire” and “Chicago P.D.”

Winchester starred in the Cinemax action series “Strike Back” and opposite Wesley Snipes in this season’s short-lived NBC series “The Player.”
