Woman shot in Montclare

A 21-year-old woman was shot early Sunday in the Montclare neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The woman was standing in the sidewalk in the 2800 block of North Oak Park at 12:55 a.m. when she heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

She suffered a gunshot wound to the foot and was taken to Community First Medical Center where her condition stabilized, police said.
