A 63-year-old man killed when his car crashed and rolled onto its side Saturday night in the North Center neighborhood died of a medical condition, an autopsy has found.

Sukchai Chayaluk was driving a Toyota Scion eastbound in the 1900 block of West Irving Park Road about 9:45 p.m. when his car rear-ended a Hyundai Elantra in traffic, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
