A man was wounded Sunday in a Chicago Lawn neighborhood drive-by shooting on the Southwest Side.

The 20-year-old man was standing on a front porch in the 6700 block of South Claremont Avenue at 2:52 p.m. when a vehicle drove by and someone inside fired shots, Chicago Police said.

He suffered a gunshot wound to the groin, and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where his condition was stabilized, police said.
