A man was shot Tuesday morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened in the 700 block of North St. Louis Avenue at 8:55 a.m., according to Chicago Police.

The 25-year-old man was shot in the ankle and showed up at Norwegian American Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

Investigators think the shooting was gang-related, police said.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
