A 21-year-old man was shot while driving in the Wicker Park neighborhood early Saturday on the West Side.

He was at the wheel of a car at 12:10 a.m. sitting at a red light in the 1400 block of North Western Avenue when someone walked up and started shooting into the vehicle, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the right arm, leg and back. He drove to Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said.

Investigators think the attack was gang-related.
