Temporary overnight lane closures and traffic shifts on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway are scheduled to begin Monday to install bridge beams in northwest suburban Schaumburg.

At 10 p.m. Monday, two westbound lanes will close on I-90, while temporary full lanes closures, each lasting 15 minutes, are scheduled from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., according to a statement from Illinois Tollway. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.

One eastbound lane will close at 7 p.m. Tuesday and a second eastbound lane will close at 10 p.m., the tollway said. Temporary full lane closures, each lasting 15 minutes, are scheduled from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. Wednesday. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.

Once the beams have been installed, eastbound traffic under the Roselle Road Bridge will shift to the right, the tollway said. Traffic on the ramp from Roselle Road to eastbound I-90 will be shifted onto temporary pavement on the left side of the ramp.

This construction is part of the Roselle Road Interchange Project, which is reconstructing the Roselle Road bridge over I-90 and rebuilding two ramps.
