A man was shot in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side Monday night.

The 26-year-old was shot in the left buttock about 7:25 p.m. in the 600 block of North Homan, police said.

He took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
