A man was injured in a drive-by shooting early Tuesday in the West Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 30-year-old was sitting on a porch in the 6200 block of South Kostner Avenue about 12:30 a.m. when a vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the left leg and was taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
