A man was shot late Saturday in the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side.
The 21-year-old was walking in an alley in the 5600 block of South King Drive at 10:43 p.m. when someone in a red car nearby fired shots, according to Chicago Police.
He suffered gunshot wounds to the left arm and right foot and took himself to the University of Chicago Medical Center, police said. He was later transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.
A police source said the man is a self-admitted gang member.
