A 15-year-old boy and a 23-year-old man were shot Friday afternoon in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened in the 3300 block of West Jackson Boulevard at 1:20 p.m., according to Chicago Police.

The teenager was shot multiple times in the leg and took himself to Stroger Hospital, police said.

The man was also shot in the leg and someone drove him to Rush University Medical Center, then he was transferred to Stroger, police said.

Their conditions weren’t immediately available.
