Police are warning West Elsdon neighborhood residents after a series of burglaries reported on the Southwest Side.

Each time, someone entered a home through a door or window, according to a Chicago Police Department community alert.

The first burglary occurred around noon April 13 in the 3800 block of West 57th Place, the second around 2:30 p.m. April 20 in the 3700 block of West 58th Street and the third around 8:15 p.m. April 24 in the 3800 block of West 59th Street.
