A manwas shot in the East Garfield Park neighborhood Wednesday night.

The 30-year-old man was a passenger in a vehicle in the 3400 block of West Flournoy about 10:30 p.m. when someone walked up to the vehicleand fired shots,according to Chicago Police.

He suffered gunshot wounds to the chest, arm and wrist and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The teen and another person were in the 100 block of West 79th Street when they each displayed handguns and fired at each other, police said.
