A man was shot in the East Garfield Park neighborhood Wednesday night.

The 30-year-old man was a passenger in a vehicle in the 3400 block of West Flournoy about 10:30 p.m. when someone walked up to the vehicle and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered gunshot wounds to the chest, arm and wrist and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.
