A woman was grazed by a bullet Tuesday night in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

The 30-year-old woman was standing on the street in the 8800 block of South Laflin at 11:25 p.m. when she heard shots and realized she’d been hit, according to Chicago Police.

She suffered a graze wound to the back and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where her condition was stabilized, police said.
