New details have emerged in the civil lawsuit brought against Derrick Rose, alleging he sexually assaulted a woman in Los Angeles more than two years ago.
Per TMZ, legal documents filed by Rose’s attorney say a photo of the accuser wearing a “sex belt,” which Rose asked her to buy, will help prove his innocence.

Now, a woman who says she was the accuser’s ex-roommate and co-worker is coming forward to defend Rose — claiming she was with the accuser the day after the incident and all the woman wanted to talk about is the “sex belt” she had planned to use with Rose.
According to TMZ, the ex-roommate claimed she had no idea what a “sex belt” was, and the accuser explained it “enables the man to get leverage.”
Despite Rose being quiet throughout the legal process, he has acknowledged that he had a consensual sexual relationship with the accuser.
