There is a lot to complain about when it comes to Jay Cutler. However, his arm won the day for the Bears on Sunday.
Trailing by 11 with five minutes to go in the game against Kansas City, Cutler and a group of reserve wide receivers drove down the field not once, but twice.
Cutler found Marquess Wilson in the end zone with a beautiful pass into double coverage. But a failed two-point conversion left the Bears down by five and needing a touchdown.
A quick defensive stop got Cutler and the offense the ball with three minutes to go. With the help of a pass interference call, the Bears had a chance inside the 10-yard line.
That’s when Cutler found a little more magic. Despite a bobbled snap, Cutler threw to an outstretched Matt Forte for the go-ahead score.

Another failed two-point conversion attempt gave Kansas City a chance to win with a field goal. But the defense held and the Chiefs missed a desperation 66-yard field goal as time expired.
