Daniel Krupa, who’s a 20-year-old Cubs fan, was caught drinking at the Cubs game and when security asked him to leave he refused.

He was at Sunday’s Cubs-Pirates game and appeared drunk, belligerent and was carrying two IDs that didn’t belong to him.

Cubs fan in the bleachers clearly isn’t a fan of the White SoxKrupa was charged with aggravated battery to a security guard, criminal trespassing and three counts of theft for the fake IDs.

Krupa is banned from Wrigley Field this summer according to the Cook Country Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr.

The ban will be effective immediately and won’t end until Krupa’s court case is resolved or until next Cubs season.
