Mike Dunleavy is stepping up his social media game.

Under pressure from teammate Jimmy Butler, the Bulls forward joined Twitter Sunday afternoon.

@Mike34Dunleavy neared 300 followers two hours after clicking send on his first tweet.

With 286 thousand followers and more than 5,300 tweets, Butler is one of the most active Bulls on the social networking site.

But Butler’s account doesn’t compare to that of Pau Gasol, who has 3.24 million followers and 10.5 thousand tweets.

During Thursday’s game against the Thunder, Dunleavy sported this throwback look for 60s night.

Dunleavy is still recovering after undergoing back surgery prior to the start of training camp.
