The Cubs are trying to add another starting pitcher to their rotation before the trade deadline, and their latest target is Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco, according to Fox Sports reporter Ken Rosenthal.

Carrasco is 11-8 with a 4.03 ERA and 140 strikeouts, but he’s having a down season from last season when the right-hander was 8-7 with a 2.55 ERA.
