Two school buses for Oswego-based Community Unit School District 308 were involved in separate crashes during Monday’s snowy morning commute.

A vehicle hit one bus, carrying seven East View Elementary School students, at Harvey and Wolf’s Crossing roads near Oswego, according to a statement from the school district.

Another bus, carrying 26 Boulder Hill Elementary students, was rear-ended at Orchard Road and Mayfield Drive, the district said.

No students on either bus were hurt, and they have all since arrived at school, the district said. Both crashes happened in part because of the snowy conditions.
