Two shot in Washington Park

Two men were shot Sunday afternoon in the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The men, 23 and 24, were outside when they were shot about 3:15 p.m. in the 200 block of East 59th Street, according to Chicago Police. The shooter then drove away in a white vehicle.

The younger man was shot in the right leg and the 24-year-old was shot in the left leg. Both were taken in good condition to St. Bernard Hospital, police said.
