A man was shot in the East Garfield Park neighborhood early Friday.
The 21-year-old was on a porch in the 3200 block of West Washington about 12:19 a.m. when a car pulled up and someone inside shot him in the back and right arm, police said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.
