A man was shot in the head early Sunday in the North Side Ravenswood neighborhood.
The 21-year-old was shot in the back of the head at 12:32 a.m. in the 4800 block of North Damen, according to Chicago Police.
He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
Additional details were not immediately available.

The victim of the attack, a 54-year-old man who has not been identified, was found unconscious about 4 a.m. on a stairwell landing at the station, police said.
