SEEN ON THE SCENE: Just back from his Rio victory, Olympic gold medal-winning swimmer Conor Dwyer celebrated at il Porcellino, dining hearty in the eatery’s back room, before partying on at nearby Studio Paris. … Funny lady and newly published author Amy Schumer was spotted dining at Spiaggia at One Mag Mile, chowing down on chef Tony Mantuano’s gnocchi with truffles — and, natch, joking around with the Spiaggia staffers. This was on Friday night — the day after she canceled her Saturday afternoon book-signing gig at North Central College in Naperville. … Topher Grace had people thinking about his long-running role on “That ’70s Show” when they saw him getting his barbecue fix at Chicago Q. … Back in town filming the new season of “Shameless,” cast members celebrated their own Cameron Monaghan’s and Ethan Cutkowsky’s birthdays at Fabio Viviani’s Siena Tavern — including Shanola Hampton, Jeremy Allen White and Steve Howey. … Meanwhile their “Shameless” castmate Emmy Rossum — along with some of the show’s other actors — were spied by fans dining at Prime & Provisions. … Super Bowl champion and Chicago Bears Hall of Famer Richard Dent was spotted Sunday night at Harry Caray’s at Water Tower Place with his son Lil RJ and a friend. Dent enjoyed a shrimp roll and truffle fries with a glass of sangria before mingling with guests who recognized him around the restaurant. … Former Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Chris Chelios checked out Devon Seafood Grill’s upstairs Oyster Bar the other night. … Sacred Grounds star sightings recently have included java fan David Schwimmer and the Milwaukee Brewers’ Ryan Braun. … Speaking of baseball, the late, great Ernie Banks’ legion of fans will have the opportunity to own a piece of the legendary Cub’s legacy. Earlier this summer a Chicago judge granted permission for Banks’ caretaker to sell items from his estate. So, the celebrity auction house Heritage Auctions will be selling Banks memorabilia online Saturday and Sunday, including Ernie’s Baseball Hall of Fame ring, his 1958 “Babe Ruth Sultan of Swat Award” crown, his 2-foot-tall personal version of the life-size bronze statue of Banks that stands outside Wrigley Field, and his “MR CUB” Illinois license plate.
