The next day, Brown used force on a male victim with a disability to enter a home in the 1300 block of North Avenue, police said. He then took property from inside the home.

Brown, who lives in the 600 block of Lenox Avenue in Waukegan, was arrested Friday in North Chicago and handed over to Waukegan authorities, police said. He has been charges with two counts of robbery, two counts of battery, home invasion, residential burglary, attempted robbery and battery to a person with a physical disability.

He was expected to appear at the Lake County Courthouse for a bond hearing Saturday, according to police.
