A man who sexually assaulted a child Monday in the North Side Albany Park neighborhood is being sought by police.

About 7 p.m., a man approached the child in a store in the 3300 block of West Lawrence Avenue and grabbed and sexually assaulted her, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

The man was described as a white Hispanic man between 25-40 years old, police said. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt with a white circle on it and grey cargo shorts.
