A 25-year-old man walked into Illinois Masonic Medical Center after being shot in the leg on the North Side, according to Chicago Police.

He told investigators the attack happened about 5:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of North Paulina, police said.

He was listed in good condition. Additional details were not available.
