A man was shot early Wednesday while driving in the Irving Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 30-year-old was driving about 1:40 a.m. in the 3500 block of North Keeler when someone fired shots, striking him in the left cheek and left arm, according to Chicago Police.

The man was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
