A person was taken into custody after threatening to bomb Trump Tower downtown Friday afternoon.

Officers responded to a bomb threat at Trump Tower in the 400 block of North Wabash at 1:22 p.m., according to Chicago Police.

The threat was not bona fide and the all-clear was given, police said. A male was taken into custody and released without charging.
