A 22-year-old man was shot early Saturday in the West Town neighborhood.

About 12:45 a.m., the man was driving in the 1700 block of West Huron when another driver followed his vehicleandfired shots, striking him in the upper back, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition, police said.
