A 35-year-old man was found shot to death Tuesday morning in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood.

Curtis S. Posey was found with a gunshot wound to the neck in the 6400 block of South Ingleside at 8:12 a.m., according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Posey, of the East Side neighborhood on the Far South Side, was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:25 a.m., authorities said.

An autopsy found he died of multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
