A man was in good condition after being shot in the buttocks Friday afternoon in the South Side Washington Park neighborhood.

The 27-year-old was shot about 3:10 p.m. in the 5200 block of South Calumet Avenue by someone firing from inside a dark-colored vehicle, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a gunshot wound to the buttocks and was taken to a hospital in good condition.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
