Two people were wounded in an Albany Park neighborhood shooting Wednesday evening on the Northwest Side.

The 16-year-old boy and 23-year-old man were in the 4600 block of North Central Park Avenue at 6:50 p.m. when they heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

The teenage boy was shot in the right leg, and the man was shot in the chest, police said. They both were taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in good condition.

They both were being uncooperative with investigators, police said.
