A man was grazed by a bullet early Saturday in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

About 1:55 a.m., the 34-year-old was crossing a street in the 200 block of West Garfield Boulevard when someone in a vehicle fired shots at him, according to Chicago Police.

The man was struck in his shoulder and was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where his condition stabilized, police said.

Area Central detectives were investigating.
