A woman and man were hit by gunfire Wednesday after bullets flew into a home hosting a party in West Pullman on the Far South Side.

The 20-year-old man and 42-year-old woman were at a party inside the home in the 11700 block of South Princeton Avenue about 12:05 a.m. when shots were fired from outside during a fight, Chicago police said.

The man was struck in the hand, arm and chest; the woman was struck in the face, police said They were taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where their conditions stabilized.

No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
