A woman was cited for crashing into a Chicago Police Department vehicle Thursday in Douglas Park on the West Side.

The woman, 30, was northbound in her Hyundai sedan about 2:15 a.m. in the 1200 block of South Campbell Avenue when she blew through a stop sign and struck a police command van turning south onto Campbell from Roosevelt Road, Chicago police said.

No one was injured in the crash, police said.

The woman was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to show proof of insurance.
