Man dies days after Westchester shooting

Timothy Morris, 18, was pronounced dead Wednesday, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

A man died two days after he was shot in suburban Westchester.

Timothy Morris, 18, was pronounced dead at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Morris was wounded in a shooting about 10:20 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of Westchester Boulevard, the medical examiner’s office said. An autopsy ruled his death a homicide.

Westchester police didn’t immediately provide details.
