Judy & Jack & Nora . . .

It’s a pup, yup!

The two beloved dogs belonging to our irrepressible state Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka — who died after a stroke on Dec. 10 — just got rescued.

Sneed has learned that Judy’s beloved Scotties, Jack and Nora, have found a new home.

Topinka, who loved being Czech, a mother and a pet rescue maven, now has a tail end tagged to her obit.

So here’s the deal: Judy’s beloved terriers are going to live with her longtime scheduler, Christie Davis, her husband, Ricky, and their almost 3-year-old son, Drake, whom Judy adored.

Topinka, who had a history of adopting Scotties and beagles and had a hard time leaving an animal shelter without a pooch, lost her beloved Bella the Beagle three years ago.

I know. We all listened.

Judy had Jack, 10, for eight years and Nora, 6, for about five years; both, of course, were adopted from a shelter.

I know. We all listened.

Judy’s son, Joe, who lives in Texas, agreed that Christie’s young family was a perfect match, natch. So he’s got the pups until Friday.

Expect the story of Judy’s big poochy heart to be part of a farewell to this wonderful lady, who will be eulogized at a memorial service at 9:30 a.m. today at Operating Engineers Local 150 headquarters at 6200 Joliet Road in Countryside.
