2 shot in West Garfield Park

The men, 18 and 19, were in the 4400 block of West West End Avenue about 9:15 a.m. when someone started shooting at them, Chicago police said.

Two men were shot Saturday in West Garfield Park on the West Side.

The men, 18 and 19, were in the 4400 block of West West End Avenue about 9:15 a.m. when someone started shooting at them, Chicago police said. Both men were struck in the shoulder.

The men took themselves to Stroger Hospital where they were in good condition, police said.

No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
