Missing 2-year-old Austin boy returned to guardian

A 2-year-old boy reported missing Thursday from Austin on the West Side has been located, according to Chicago police.

Kingston Smith was found with his biological mother Jaida Smith in the 3500 block of West Polk Street after she allegedly took the child from his legal guardian, police said

Police returned Smith to his home and legal guardian before 12:30 a.m. Friday.
