Two businesses were burglarized in April 2020, on the Near West Side.

Chicago police are warning residents of a pair of burglaries reported in April on the Near West Side.

In each incident someone broke the front glass door or window and stole property, Chicago police said in a community alert.

The burglaries happened about 11 p.m. April 3 in the 1000 block of West Jackson Boulevard and about 2 a.m. April 8 in the 100 block of South Western Avenue, police said.
