Man shot dead in West Pullman

A man was killed in a shooting Wednesday in West Pullman on the Far South Side, according to police.

He was walking to his car about 4:40 p.m. in the 11600 block of South Ada Street when someone fired shots from a silver-colored vehicle, Chicago police said.

The 27-year-old was struck multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified him as being Quinton Moore. He lived in West Pullman.

Area Two detectives are investigating.
