A 19-year-old man was shot Wednesday in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The man was running in an alley in the 11700 block of South Eggleston Avenue at 2:56 p.m. when shots rang out from a group of three unknown males, police said.

The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the right leg and was taken in good condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
